Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Prometheus OS platform (“Service”), operated by Vantav LLC d/b/a Prometheus OS (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Prometheus OS provides an AI-driven commerce operating system for merchants, including order aggregation, profit analytics, alerts, channel connections, and optional startup consulting services. Features and availability may change at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the platform’s operations, to send unsolicited communications, or to upload harmful content or malware.
You are responsible for compliance with the terms of any third-party marketplace or platform you connect (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.). We act as a data processor and integration layer; we do not guarantee platform uptime or policy changes by third parties.
All software, designs, logos, and content provided by Prometheus OS are our property or licensed to us. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantav LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other conduct harmful to the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available at this URL.
